Important Notice...
From week commencing Monday 5th August, we will be commencing works in the public highway on Centenary Way and in the garden area of KNH properties 68 - 78 Centenary Way to install a new drain. Unfortunately these works will mean there will be restrictions on the width of the road; however access will remain open for vehicles at all times. It is anticipated that this programme of works will take no longer than 4 weeks to complete. We do apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we will endeavour to complete the works as soon as possible. If you need to contact us, please call our freephone number, 0800 121 4840, which is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, please call us on the same number and leave a brief message with your name and contact details, and your call will be returned at our earliest opportunity.

The emphasis at Foldings Avenue is the internal fit out works particularly now the building is water tight and 90% of the drainage has been installed around site. As can be seen in the photographs, all the internal walls have now been erected and plastered, and in some cases have the first coat of paint. The first fix mechanical and electrical elements have also been installed ready to receive the 2nd fix items like sanitary ware, boilers, radiators and light fittings.
Progress has been relatively slow at Foldings Avenue due to the bad weather over the winter months but summer time brings new optimism (and hopefully better weather), and we are confident in delivering the project on time.

Progress has been slow in January due to the adverse weather and cold temperatures, however February brings renewed vigour. The external masonry has now commenced to both blocks, all the windows and doors have been installed, likewise the roof is now fully in place, allowing for internal works to start.
The programme has been compromised because of the weather but we are hopeful of making this up on the internal works.
